Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days please let us know by emailing help@penlarshop.com. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

Order processing takes 1-3 days and shipping 5-15 days. Please note that for some countries this time may take longer due to customs duties. Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.

Sure thing! We try to keep returns as simple as possible. As long as they meet our criteria, it should be no problem at all to return them.

Here's what you should know:

• Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
• Returns must be initiated within 100 days of the order delivery date.
• You must contact customer service (help@penlarshop.com) in order to start with the return.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

If your Penlar accessories have a manufacturer defect, we will, of course, repair or replace them for you at no cost.

After you add gaming accessories you want to buy to the basket and click the "checkout" button, a "first time order" offer will appear that will offer you a discount on one of our products. It will be a product similar to the one you want to buy. After you pay for your products, you will receive two more discount offers before you go to the final page where you can check all the order details.

Note: the offers will be displayed only if you pay in dollars (you can change the currency in the lower left corner).

We offer the shop pay installment option, which is active on orders above 50 dollars and provides you with payment in 4 installments.

When a product is out of stock, it will be clearly displayed on that product's page. If you are interested in when a certain product will be available again, contact our support.

Note: we run out of product stock quickly and it is best to order your products as soon as possible so you don't have to wait for them later.

At the moment we ship to every country in the world and shipping is completely free.

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:

• Your order was never actually placed and processed.
• You have entered an incorrect email address with your order

International orders (outside the USA) may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as they are determined by customs, and Penlar has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Penlar is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.
